Order Processing

Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@shoplunasworld.com if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
